The Timbr Experience

Welcome! TIMBR serves dinner Tuesday through Sunday starting at 5pm. The kitchen serves until 10pm Tuesday through Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday.

TIMBR is the debut concept from 3 Hospitality. After several years in concept development and unprecedented design and construction, TIMBR is South Florida's most anticipated and beloved restaurant to open in years.

3 Hospitality was formed when Max Van Fleet, Paul Brown, and Michael Tronn created their partnership out of a shared passion to bring exemplary experiences to life for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy. 

Each of the three gentlemen brings their unique experience to the partnership. 

Mr. Van Fleet (CEO) has a long history of doing business on Las Olas Boulevard. 

Mr. Brown (COO) brings his extensive knowledge and experience to 3 Hospitality. He has served as Operating Partner for many nightlife and restaurant brands with dozens of locations all across the United States, from Florida and the entire Southeastern Region to Las Vegas and beyond. He graduated summa cum laude from FSU with a Master’s in Business.

Mr. Tronn (Creative Director, CMO) brings his decades of innovation and success to 3 Hospitality. Beginning his career in New York, and expanding to Miami and Los Angeles, he is revered throughout the world as a well-known nightlife and arts pioneer. TIMBR is the 34th venue he has spearheaded and the first he has conceptualized himself from the ground up on such an epic scale.

Mr. Tronn designed TIMBR personally, from its European storefront - which looks as though it has been there for centuries - to every facet of the theatrical experience of the world of TIMBR within; including all of the decor and each item of custom furniture, as well as inventing the concept of "Vineyard Cuisine"™.

Tronn has crafted TIMBR down to the smoothness of the edges of the bricks, making them look as though the are blanketed in a pie crust. This immaculate attention to detail is crafted to ensure TIMBR is more than a restaurant; it is a journey, an adventure, a "respite for the soul" and an immersive "Symphony for the Senses"™; an unparallelled Intagrammer's paradise.
